My new site!!!

I am working on a new site for tapanga! lol if you want to join my site it is for people going through the foster care program. You and talk about your experiances and get opinions and such! I am still learning how to html so it will get to look better! if any one has tips on how to make it look better or has an html to help me make it look better let me know! thank you!...
